The Eco House is located in Zugliano, on the outskirts of Udine. The location is particularly strategic because it allows you to sleep in a house that can be easily reached by car, with a convenient car park, 5' away from the city and a few minutes away from the Udine Sud motorway exit. It is ideal for those who want visit Udine, but also for those who want to visit all of Friuli Venezia Giulia, or for those who are passing through Austria, towards the south and want to make a stop to rest. It also has a column for recharging electric cars.
Why Eco House
The house in Class A4 underwent total renovation in 2022 and particular importance was given to comfort while respecting the environment: low-consumption underfloor heating, photovoltaic panels, column for recharging the electric car, thermal coat, insulating windows, wooden floor and cotton textiles.
Objective
Allowing those who stay overnight, to rest in a comfortable and relaxing environment, in rooms with private bathroom, equipped with all comforts: free wifi, smart TV, independent check-in, breakfast in the room, free parking.
